  • Provided in each package is – 1 lift fitted with battery, 1 wireless remote, 1 Laser pointer attached to the basket, 1 wired pendant, 1 tool bag attached to basket, 1 User Manual, QR Code pasted on the machine & User Manual. 
  • Unpack the packaging
  • Charge the battery and switch on the battery SOC. Full charge of the battery
  • Put A4 cells in the wireless remote. Switch it on.
  • Switch on the battery.
  • Ensure that the sliding frame of the basket is locked in the sensor cage.
  • Press the Up button on the remote and do a trial movement Up & Down.
  • Now the lift is ready for Use.
  • Move the lift to the area where it is to be used. 
  • Use the Laser pointer on the side of the basket to pinpoint the vertical area where you need to climb. 
  • Lock the caster wheels. 
  • Extend the outrigger arms and lock the level pads firmly. 
  • Check the horizontal level on the base frame for proper horizontal level alignment.
  • Attach the wired pendant to the socket provided on the side of the back frame of the lift.
  • Now, lift the sliding frame and step into the basket and lock the sliding frame. 
  • Wear Personal Protection Equipment as available. 
  • Press the Up & Down buttons on the remote for vertical navigation. 
  • ( NOTE): In case the wireless remote cells die down during operation, attach the wired pendant below the battery charger point on the side of the lift and press the switch for up & down movement.
    • Check the battery level before operations. Ideally, it should be fully charged.
    • Lift should not be operated at 2 bands of battery charge.
    • Check the operation of the remote by switching it on and pressing the up & down buttons to check smooth operation.
    • If the wireless remote is not working properly, replace both the A4 pencil cells.
    • Keep the wired pendant attached to the socket while operating the lift
    • Align the lift vertically by using the laser pointer attached to the basket. Also, the vertical climb should be free of any hazard.
    • Ensure to lock the castor wheels.
    • Check the horizontal spirit level provided at the base to ensure flatness of the base structure.
    • Always use the extended outrigger and firmly secure the outrigger pads on the ground to ensure stability while operating the lift.
    • The base ground for operation of the lift should be firm, solid and capable of carrying the specified load. Minimum 200 kgs (Lift own weight, individual weight & weight of equipment)
    • Always use personal protective equipment given by your company for personal safety.
    • Do not operate the lift above its limit on the specified weight. 
    • Do not operate the lift in bad weather or high-wind conditions outdoors.
    • Incase the lift stalls midway in operation due to discharge of battery in the wireless remote, the attached wired pendant can be used to bring the lift down as well as up, safely.
    • In the unlikely case that the lift is stalled midway in operation and the wired pendant is also not working, manual extraction is required by using any other suitable equipment. 
    • The lift is supported by robust hoisting mechanism that can carry 3-5 times of the specified load of the machine. 
    • Overcharging of the battery should be avoided.
    • Wireless remote and the wired pendant should be stored in the attached tool bag provided on the basket of the lift.
